Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, in accordance with consumer protection regulations.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition you received it;

  • Keep in its original packaging;

  • Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

2. Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will gladly replace it or offer a refund, depending on your preference.


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically:

  • PIX payments: within 3 business days;

  • Credit card payments: within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.


4. Non-returnable items

Certain products cannot be returned, such as:

  • Customized or special-order items;

  • Products damaged by misuse or improper installation.
